  I have had nothing but one issue after another with my satellite service since Carter Enterprises hooked it up. Their employees are just plain dumb. After ony 2 days from the initial hook up, the sat went out, I had to re install my self and it worked. Recently I upgraded my dish, and had Carter come out again, this time it worked for about 2 weeks before going out, the problem seems to be with the wiring, they must use cheep materials. Oh and the way they have it put on the roof is on some metal stand with bricks on it for weight and its resting on a vent pipe coming up through the roof, absolutely no screws or anything holding it down. If you can help it at all DO NOT USE CARTER ENTERPRISES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
